Gourmet Recipe . Japanese Tuna Tartar

Tuna TartarIngredients (serves two)
400 gms tuna sashimi loin

50 mls soy sauce
10 mls rice wine vinegar
50 gms spring onion, cleaned and chopped
10 gms ginger, cleaned and chopped finely
25 gms fresh coriander, chopped
1 Thai bird chilli, chopped finely
5 mls sesame oil, roasted
5 gms olive oil
Basically dice up the tuna in small cubes and add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl, mix carefully and leave for ten minutes before serving! Garnish with sesame seeds, serve with white rice or salad.
